Easy to order, helmet fits

Got the Guardian Helmet W1 for my mom last week. It was pretty straightforward to find what I needed on their site. The helmet fit her head just right, which was a relief. Shipping wasn't super fast, took 5 days to reach us, but it got here. Happy with how easy the whole thing was.

Good product, shipping could improve

I ordered the Guardian Helmet W2 for my son. The helmet itself is really well-made and provides solid protection; the medical certification gave me peace of mind. Sizing was a bit tricky even with their guide, and it took about 7 days for it to arrive after dispatch. A quicker shipping option would be a nice addition, especially for something so important. Overall, I'm satisfied with the product's quality and its value, but the delivery felt a bit slow.

Decent value, used HSA

I needed a fall protection headgear for my elderly father and was looking at a few options. Guardian Helmets seemed like a good balance of price and features, especially since I could use my HSA. The Guardian Helmet W2 was a bit more than I initially wanted to spend, but knowing it's medically certified made the difference. I didn't see any active discount codes when I checked out, but using the HSA card was smooth and helped a lot with the cost. It arrived within a week. For a medical-grade item, I think it was a fair price and good value overall.

Can I use my FSA card to buy a Guardian Helmet? I'm hoping to use up some funds before the year ends.

S Shane 1 month ago
Absolutely, that's exactly what I did last month! They accept HSA/FSA cards right at checkout, it was super easy.

Yeah, that's their main thing. They make it really simple to pay with FSA or HSA funds. No issues at all.

Thinking of getting the W2 model. Is there a big difference between that and the W1? What makes the W2 better/different?

N Nina G. 1 month ago
The W2 is generally considered more advanced for impact protection, I think it's got better tech inside. W1 is good for lighter stuff.

My PT recommended the W2 for my dad because of his fall risk. It feels thicker and more secure than the W1 I briefly looked at.

Wondering if these helmets are actually good quality, like medically certified? Or is it more for show? Trying to decide between this and a Ribcap.

D Daisy Brooks 2 months ago
My neurologist actually recommended Guardian over Ribcap. The W2 model is definitely certified, it's designed for serious protection, not just bumps.

Yeah, they're not just some soft hat. My son uses one for his epilepsy and it's held up really well, very sturdy but still comfy for him.

Does anyone know if Guardian Helmets usually have sales or discount codes? Trying to save a bit if possible.

S Sophie Patel 2 months ago
Not really often, I think they sometimes do something for like Autism Awareness Month, but it's rare. Mostly they push the HSA/FSA thing.

I got 10% off my first order when I signed up for emails, but that's the only code I've ever seen. They don't do big coupon drops often.

Hey guys, thinking about getting a Guardian Helmet for my kid. We live in Seattle, how long does shipping usually take to get there?

C Carly 2 months ago
Mine got to Portland in like 4 days, so Seattle should be similar, I'd guess within a week.
